Pro Tip: Keep industrial strength zip ties in your Overland Rig! Thump thump thump. How do you repair your drive train with zip ties? I thought we were stuck for good, but I was able to fix the drive train with a couple of zip ties. Long story short? Zip ties can save you!

Our Taco is named Cables, as in; “Dad, what holds the truck together?”
“Cable ties Son.”
@vicali Ha! That is a great nickname!
Hi Michael, I’m with on the zip ties…I have a whole assortment ties in my rig.
And I agree with Tom…duct tape is also must have in every rig….never leave home with out it.
Couple of weeks ago on of hinges from Jeep torn off from a gust of wind. I used the zip ties to hinge the door back together.
Agreed! Glad you were able to secure the doors!
They saved the day…
Indeed!
also add a spool of mechanics wire if you can
Good suggestion! I had this suggestion on YouTube: “Look up 1 lbs spool of .032 safty wire. Then you will see the light. It’s like bailing wire only stainless”
